Privacy Policy

Effective date: 28.12.2025

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains what data we collect when you use the Asted Cloud service (the “Service”), how we use, store, and protect it, and what rights you have as a User.

By using the Service, you agree to this Policy and the User Agreement.

1. Data we may collect

  • Account data: e-mail, name/nickname, password (stored as a hash), profile settings.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, language, session information, error logs, request time and duration.
  • Project data: content, files, website/page settings, integrations, analytics, and other data you enter or upload to the Service.
  • Communications: support requests, messages, and other requests submitted through Service forms.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: cookies used for sign-in, security, preferences, and analytics.

Note: the specific set of data depends on the features you use and your settings.

2. Purposes of processing

  • to provide access to the Service and administer your account;
  • to ensure security and prevent fraud and abuse;
  • to support you and handle your requests;
  • to improve the Service, troubleshoot issues, and perform analytics;
  • to comply with legal obligations and lawful requests from authorities.

3. Legal bases

Depending on the situation, we process data based on your consent, the need to perform our agreement with you, our legitimate interests (for example, security and stability), and legal requirements.

4. Sharing data with third parties

We may use third-party providers (hosting, analytics, anti-spam/security, e-mail delivery, payment providers — where applicable). They receive only the data necessary to provide their services.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law, court order, or lawful request from authorized bodies.

5. Cookies

Cookies help us keep you signed in, save preferences, and improve security. You can restrict or disable cookies in your browser settings, but some Service features may not work properly.

6. Retention periods

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Project data is stored while you use the Service unless otherwise specified by settings or specific feature terms.

7. Security

We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, and security monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • request access to your data and a copy of it;
  • correct or update your data;
  • request deletion of data or restriction of processing (where allowed);
  • withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent);
  • lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (where applicable).

9. Third-party data in your projects

If you upload personal data of third parties (for example, customers or employees), you confirm that you have a lawful basis to process and transfer such data to the Service and that you comply with applicable law.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
