Cooler Master unveiled a new single‑tower cooler, the V8 Ace 3DHP, at Computex 2026

At the Computex 2026 trade show, Cooler Master showcased its latest single‑tower air cooler – the V8 Ace 3DHP. According to the manufacturer, it can compete with traditional dual‑tower models in terms of cooling performance.

What makes the V8 Ace 3DHP special?
1. 3D Heatpipe (3DHP) technology

- Allows “activating more than 95 %” of the radiator, whereas conventional heat pipes operate at about 70 %.

- By using the radiator surface more efficiently, better heat dissipation is achieved.

2. Unconventional W‑shaped tube design

- Most coolers use U‑shaped tubes, while 3DHP employs a W‑shaped configuration.

- This increases the cooling potential of the central part of the tube and adds an extra element for heat spreading, enabling high efficiency with fewer tubes.

3. New fans made from liquid crystal polymer (LCP)

- A thickness of 30 mm instead of the standard 25 mm boosts performance and reduces noise levels.

- The rear fan features reverse‑oriented blades, giving the cooler a more attractive look.

Support for AMD and Intel processors
Cooler Master released two versions of the V8 Ace 3DHP – one for AMD processors and another for Intel. Both designs take into account the characteristics of their integrated heatsinks (IHS), ensuring optimal contact and maximum cooling efficiency.

Thus, the new cooler combines advanced 3DHP technology, improved LCP fans, and specially adapted housings for the two largest processor manufacturers, offering a single‑tower design with performance comparable to bulkier dual‑tower models.
