Frore Systems presents a new monolithic water block LiquidJet Nexus at Computex 2026

At the Computex 2026 trade show in Taipei, Frore Systems showcased its new cooling system – the monolithic water block LiquidJet Nexus. It is designed to work with two Blackwell GPUs and the central Grace chip, and can also replace complex existing solutions.

How LiquidJet Nexus Works
- Designed specifically for Nvidia Grace Blackwell and will soon have a version compatible with Vera Rubin.

- Cooling plates are fabricated using the same tools used in semiconductor manufacturing.

- The plate “adapts” to the processor’s thermal map, removing heat precisely from hot spots – this improves cooling efficiency compared to standard plates.

Economic Benefits
Although 6 °C and 10 % may seem like small numbers, on a multi‑billion‑dollar data center scale they translate into hundreds of millions of dollars in savings.

Future Prospects
- New Nvidia Kyber chassis will feature side (not vertical) server placement. A lightweight cooler is easier to mount on a vertical motherboard, reducing deformation risk.

- When using the Vera Rubin Ultra platform, GPU heat output can reach 3 kW per unit – LiquidJet Nexus with the correct thermal map can handle such load.

Frore Systems already works with most hyperscalers and is ready to develop custom solutions for various suppliers, including Nvidia and other major manufacturers.
